DEREK HERSHAW: General Manager - MWEB Operations
Derek Hershaw joined MWEB in 1998 as General Manager of the Dial Services Division. He moved into his current position in 2003, managing the customer support environments for MWEB Home and MWEB Business. Before joining MWEB, Derek worked for Norwich Life, largely in their Client Services Division. He holds a BCom (Honours) degree from Rhodes University.
